Do I need to open an account if I want to send freight?

No it’s possible to prepay or pay COD on delivery, however an account is recommended for ongoing services.

How do I pay for my consignment?

Invoices & Statements are emailed to account customers mid-month & after end of month.

Non-account holders can pay via, cash, cheque or EFT.

Credit Card facilities are available.

Do you pick up and deliver?

It depends on the size of the consignment.

But generally anything under 1000 kg’s is delivered into the sending depot and collected at the receiving depot unless prearranged.

How will I know when my freight reaches its destination?

Our staff member consigning your freight will be able to advise you on the weekly service departure & arrival dates for a particular destination.

Can I transport my car or vehicle with your company?

Yes we transport all sizes of vehicles, including trailers, boats, machinery and equipment.

Do you transport household items if I am moving interstate?

We are not furniture removalists but yes, self packed items in removalist cartons, or 20ft containers, we can move.

I want to transport my car. Is the car covered by Insurance?

The short answer is no.

You will need to take out Insurance cover for the time it is in our care.

If I am transporting a car, can I store extra items inside it?

Extra items can be stored in the car or the boot, providing they are not of significant weight.
